Milk is often synonymous with good health and strength.  Its white color is a sign of purity and truth.  Also, Wisconsin is one of the top milk producing states in the country- next to California.

Cheese is often smelly and molds after a while.  Cheese is produced from curdled milk although we certainly take great delight in eating.  Wisconsin is the largest cheese producer in the country.
