WI ought to have one January 22, 2009

The WI Budget Session is nearing and the wave of the national recession is affecting state governments, too, and it can be difficult to track what’s happening with budget negotiations.  Most states are experiencing a growing gap between spending and income.  Sunshine Review is starting to do that with a series of articles on each state’s budget.  Here’s the California budget  page.  All we know is that Wisconsin ought to have one of these.
